Andrea Coop

Andrea has been a property focussed lawyer in Wellington for more than 30 years. She is chair of the partners at Brandons and the trust account supervisor for the firm.

Andrea knows that communication is key to a successful relationship between a lawyer and a client. She ensures that her clients are listened to, she understands what they want to achieve and that appropriate and practical guidance is given to enable that.

As part of her property focus Andrea has a special interest in commercial leases and acts for a number of owners of multi-tenanted buildings. She has also developed a special knowledge and understanding of flat owning companies.

Andrea also advises on employment matters.

Andrea is the official lawyer of the Embassy of Switzerland in New Zealand.
