Richard Brandon

Richard has been in practice for over 25 years. His practice is primarily in the property and private client areas.

Richard’s property expertise includes commercial and residential sales and acquisitions, as well as property subdivisions and leasing. His private client and estate planning expertise includes advice on trust formation and administration, together with wills and powers of attorney.   Richard also provides advice on buying and selling small to medium sized businesses.

Outside of work Richard enjoys mountain biking, getting into the outdoors with his family and a wide range of other activities.  He is chairman of his local Scout group.
